印度占星主运与子运：Mahadasha 和 Antardasha
理解主运和子运标签、比例公式与顺序，练习相同长度的不同层级，并避免把出生余量当成全新主运。

Mahadasha 是主运，Antardasha 是 Vimshottari 主运内的九个子运之一。双星标签先写主运星、再写子运星；完整主运起点及已经走过的比例都不能省略。

第二颗星到底表示什么？
金星／太阳表示金星主运中的太阳子运，不表示两星合相、形成相位或两套主运同时运行。对照时间轴时，要保留父子层级，不把两个名字合成一个星体组合。
每个主运的子运从自身开始，因此金星主运和太阳主运虽然都包含九颗星，其子运顺序却不同。更细分层级继续按同一比例原则拆分，不能跳过父层直接读取。
长度一样，是否可以交换标签？
金星／太阳为 20 × 6 ÷ 120，即一模型年；太阳／金星也为一模型年。交换标签没有改变乘积，却改变了父层和该时期在整条时间轴中的位置。
完整金星主运先是金星／金星，长度为 20 × 20 ÷ 120，即 10/3 模型年；之后才是一年的金星／太阳。换算日期前先核对这些完整区间与年长约定。
子运会从出生重新开始吗？
不会。首个显示的主运可能在出生前已开始，应先展开完整子运，再定位出生时刻，只显示其剩余尾段。把剩余主运当成新的完整父层重新分配，会得到错误边界。
出生时刻或月亮黄经不确定，可能让出生或目标日期落在边界两侧。应保留这种歧义，不选更顺耳的解读；当前大运例题会展示如何在已走过一部分的父层中定位。
