Chitra 星宿：处女与天秤的四分区
核对 Chitra 的两段处女、两段天秤分区，用0°天秤示例区分星座变化与星宿变化，并说明火星大运对应。

Chitra 从恒星黄道处女座23°20′延伸至天秤座6°40′，总黄经173°20′至186°40′。四个 pada 平分在处女与天秤；全宿在 Vimshottari 中对应火星。

Chitra 区段等于一颗恒星吗？
这里的 Chitra 指声明恒星黄道设置下的13°20′等长区段。物理恒星有自己的坐标与自行，一个天体点不是整个星宿区间，也不能用它替代全部范围。
包含本宿的星座由水星主管的处女，转为金星主管的天秤；火星的大运对应不变。三个星体可能因不同角色同时出现在记录中，并不表示它们合相。
到了中点，进入天秤座
设虚构月亮总黄经180°，即天秤座0°。距 Chitra 起点173°20′为6°40′，开始 pada 3；若为179°59′，仍在处女座的 Chitra pada 2。
在准确中点还剩半宿，月亮起运火星余额为3.5大运年。若这里是上升点而非月亮，区段标签相同，却不能仅凭它设定月亮起运的大运。
名称相同不代表岁差设置相同
有些岁差修正术语本身带有 Chitra 字样。熟悉的名字不能证明两个应用数值设置一致，应记录具体模式与算出的黄经，再检查边界差异。
Chitra 不证明美貌、才能或关系结果。可以复核的是区间与 pada；另外的象征评论需要明确传统出处，并与计算能够建立的事实分开。
