「開始」不能只用一個模糊詞
Rao 第36章把入職、取得或啟用某項東西、首次入住等行動拆開討論。同一專案可能有簽約、交付、啟用多個步驟，它們不能未經說明就共用一個起點。
因此先用普通語言記錄任務，例如「第一堂課開始教學」，而不是只寫「開業」。再說明採用哪一種傳統；不同地區和傳承的擇時條件並不完全相同。
報名九點，開課十四點，該查哪一刻？
設一場虛構工作坊09:00開放報名、14:00開始第一堂課。若問題明確定義為「開始教學」，需要核對14:00及實際地點，而不是因為09:00看似符合某項條件就替換起點。
同時檢查場地、教師、參與者能否到場，是否同意安排。若時間不可行，應重新討論候選方案；傳統條件不能把一個現實上無法執行的安排變成可行。
哪些事情不能靠擇時保證？
教學日曆不是已經展示可用的選時器，也沒有一個省略流派、行動和地點的萬能吉時。應把解釋到的條件與實際實作、執行結果分開。
擇時不能保證醫療、投資或關係結局，更不能延誤必要照護或繞過參與者的同意。實際風險與安排應根據相關證據處理，不能以「時刻好」代替。
