Panchanga 的時區、地點與當地日出
解釋同一瞬間為何有不同鐘點、不同日出標題，區分 Swiss Ephemeris 日出約定，並保留歷史時區和無日出的不確定性。
概覽
同一地心瞬間的日月角差不會因為換成另一時區顯示而改變；但當地日出是隨地點和計算約定變化的事件。日曆若在日出取值，不同地點便可能得到不同日期標題。

先解決鐘點對應哪個瞬間
01:20 UTC、UTC+8 的09:20、UTC+9 的10:20是同一瞬間。在統一地心座標設定下，不能僅因顯示鐘點不同就改變日月角差。
歷史民用時間還可能遇到夏令時重複或不存在的鐘點。IANA 時區資料庫記錄地區規則，但早期歷史資料存在範圍限制；使用含義不唯一的縮寫，不能替代日期、地區與偏移核對。
「日出」本身也有定義
Swiss Ephemeris 的預設日出採太陽上緣並計入大氣折射；其具名 Hindu rising 選項改採太陽圓面中心、不計折射，並使用相應的地心與忽略太陽黃緯約定。這些是該軟體的具體選項，不代表每份印度日曆都採同一組規則。
用假想數字說明：若一種規則得到06:08日出，另一種得到06:12，而月日在06:10改變，兩份日出標題便會不同。應先比實際選項，而不是立刻斷言其中一份算錯。
沒有日出時不能暗填六點
高緯度條件下，指定日期可能求不到日出；Swiss 相應介面可返回「事件未找到」。此時要保留明確缺項，不能用當天06:00偽裝計算結果。
借用鄰近日、另一城市或固定鐘點都是額外規則，必須標明。本文解釋時間與日出方法，沒有宣稱這些變體已在產品實作，也沒有把曆法資料當成吉凶證據。
