概览

Tithi 是日月黄经差每增加12°所定义的一段月日，并不是固定24小时。一个朔望周期分为三十段；某个地点以日出为标题时，月日区间与民用日期可能无法一一对应。

三十个月日怎样编号？

将角差归一到0°至360°内，序号为 floor(角差/12°)+1。前十五段属盈半月，后十五段属亏半月；亏半月名称所用序数等于总序号减十五。

盈半月第十五为 Purnima，亏半月第十五为 Amavasya。这些名称指区间，不等于精确满月或合相的单一瞬间；按下含上不含规则，180°进入第十六段，360°归零进入第一段。

跨越黄道零点怎么相减？

假设太阳350°、月亮8°。直接相减得−342°，加360°后为18°，所以是第二月日；若在纯算术练习中固定太阳、把月亮改为14°，角差24°便进入第三月日。

固定太阳只是演示边界，真实时间推进中日月都会移动。要求下一月日的开始时刻，应求实际角差跨界的瞬间，不能把当前时间简单加24小时。

为什么有时会重复或少一个日期标签？

同一月日区间可能覆盖连续两次当地日出，于是两个日出标题同名；另一个较短区间可能在两次日出之间完整开始并结束，因而没有成为任何日出标题。

没有出现在日出标题，不表示那段角度区间不存在。核对实际起止时间、地点和日出规则，才可以区分计算问题与日期取样方式；月日名称本身不保证行动结果。
