Panchanga 的时区、地点与当地日出
解释同一瞬间为何有不同钟点、不同日出标题，区分 Swiss Ephemeris 日出约定，并保留历史时区和无日出的不确定性。
概览
同一地心瞬间的日月角差不会因为换成另一时区显示而改变；但当地日出是随地点和计算约定变化的事件。日历若在日出取值，不同地点便可能得到不同日期标题。

先解决钟点对应哪个瞬间
01:20 UTC、UTC+8 的09:20、UTC+9 的10:20是同一瞬间。在统一地心坐标设置下，不能仅因显示钟点不同就改变日月角差。
历史民用时间还可能遇到夏令时重复或不存在的钟点。IANA 时区数据库记录地区规则，但早期历史资料存在范围限制；使用含义不唯一的缩写，不能替代日期、地区与偏移核对。
“日出”本身也有定义
Swiss Ephemeris 默认日出采用太阳上缘及大气折射；其具名 Hindu rising 选项采用太阳圆面中心、无折射，并结合相应地心和忽略太阳黄纬的约定。这是该软件的具体选项，不代表所有印度日历都完全一样。
用假想数字说明：若一种规则得到06:08日出，另一种得到06:12，而月日在06:10改变，两份日出标题便会不同。应先比实际选项，而不是立刻断言其中一份算错。
没有日出时不能暗填六点
高纬度条件下，指定日期可能求不到日出；Swiss 相应接口可返回“事件未找到”。此时要保留明确缺项，不能用当天06:00伪装计算结果。
借用邻近日、另一城市或固定钟点都是额外规则，必须标明。本文解释时间与日出方法，没有宣称这些变体已在产品实现，也没有把历法数据当成吉凶证据。
