Closest failure case
Calling the first toss the top line reverses both trigrams. Changing which face equals 2 midway through the cast, or retaining only the final hexagram name, also destroys a complete audit trail.
Sources, interpretation and limits
Ritual preferences may belong to a practice tradition, but they are not evidence that one cast is more accurate. Reproducibility comes from declared values, order and a preserved record, not concentration claims.
