Trace before interpreting

Select a layer and source stem, apply the declared table, and locate each target star.

Keep inbound, outbound, self, and opposite relations explicit.

A complete trace records the layer, source stem, assignment-table version, target star, resident palace, direction, and date or period. Missing provenance stops the reading.

Why tables matter

Published Four-Transformation tables differ materially on some Hua Ke assignments.

The selected table, source scope, and version must display beside results.

When two tables disagree, open their cited rows and identify the first different assignment. Preserve both results rather than silently choosing the more favorable one.

  • Compare the first differing row.
  • Name the school or table scope beside every variant result.

Labels are not events

Lu is not guaranteed wealth and Ji is not guaranteed disaster.

All four remain conditional symbolic categories requiring full context.

Lu, Quan, Ke, and Ji are traditional relation labels, not event guarantees. They cannot by themselves prove wealth, authority, recognition, loss, or harm.

  • No event shortcut.
  • No high-stakes decision from one edge.
  • Use current financial, legal, medical, and relationship evidence for decisions.
