パンチャンガの日の出：場所・時差・日界の違い
同じ瞬間の角度と現地の日の出を分け、Swiss Ephemeris の日の出条件、歴史的時差、日出なしの扱いを説明します。
概要
同じ地心瞬間の日月角差は、別のタイムゾーン表示に変えただけでは変化しません。一方、日の出は場所と計算上の定義に依存します。日の出時の値を見出しに使えば、地域ごとに異なる記載が生じます。

時計表示を一つの瞬間へ対応させる
01:20 UTC、UTC+8 の09:20、UTC+9 の10:20は同じ瞬間です。地心座標の設定も統一していれば、表示時刻だけを理由に日月角差を変えません。
歴史的な民用時刻には夏時間で重複する時刻や存在しない時刻があります。IANA の地域規則にも古い記録の限界があり、多義的な略号だけで日付・地域・偏差の確認を省けません。
太陽のどこを日の出とする？
Swiss Ephemeris の既定の日の出は太陽上縁と大気差を使います。同ライブラリの Hindu rising は円盤中心、大気差なし、地心かつ太陽黄緯を無視する指定です。これは特定の実装規則で、すべての暦に共通とは限りません。
架空の例で、一方式の日の出06:08、別方式06:12、ティティ変化06:10なら、朝の見出しが異なります。一方が誤りと決める前に、実際の設定を比較します。
日の出なしを午前6時で埋めない
高緯度の条件ではその日の出が求まらない場合があり、Swiss の該当関数にはイベント未検出の状態があります。その状態を残し、06:00という便宜値を計算結果に見せかけません。
近隣日、別の都市、固定時計時刻を使うなら追加規則として明示します。本記事はそれらの製品実装を確認した主張ではなく、暦の計算も吉凶の実証にはなりません。
