Purva Ashadha 星宿：射手與金星
分清兩個 Ashadha 的完整名稱，核對射手座四分區，並以靠近終點的月亮算出剩餘金星期。

Purva Ashadha 位於恆星黃道射手13°20′至26°40′，總黃經253°20′至266°40′。它在 Vimshottari 中對應金星；後面的 Uttara Ashadha 不是同一宿，也不使用同一對應星。

共同名稱不足以選出區間
縮成 Ashadha 會漏掉必要資訊。Purva 全在射手，Uttara 則延伸入摩羯；兩者相似的拼法不能取代不同的度數和大運規則。
木星主管射手，金星是本宿的計時對應星。這不表示金星主管射手，也不等於金星實際在這裡；占據者和兩種歸屬應分開讀。
射手25°離換宿還有多遠？
假設月亮總黃經265°，相當於射手25°。扣掉253°20′起點，經過11°40′，處於 pada 4，離266°40′還剩1°40′、100角分。
出生月亮的金星餘額為20×100/800＝2.5大運年。到準確266°40′便進入 Uttara Ashadha，不能在未核對方法下繼續沿用同宿金星。
勝利稱號不是成功承諾
傳統稱號可以附來源作文化說明，卻不能證明專案、關係或地位一定成功。區間定位不是人生結果測試，不能因為算得精確就擴張結論。
