Overview

A luck pillar or annual branch can be compared with a selected natal stem through the same versioned Twelve Life Stage table. The result belongs to that dated timing layer. It may describe a phase relationship to examine alongside direct luck and annual stems, branches, Ten Gods, roots, combinations, and clashes, but it does not schedule an event.

State which stem the timing branch is measured against

Many readings keep the natal Day Stem as the reference and look up the life stage at the luck or annual branch.

A method that instead uses the luck-pillar stem or another reference must say so, because a different stem can produce a different stage.

  • Store reference and target separately.
  • Do not change reference stems mid-reading.

Keep natal, luck, and annual records separate

Every timing result needs its start and end convention. It supplements rather than rewrites the fixed natal lookup.

When a period ends, the temporary label no longer describes the active timing branch, even though the natal chart remains unchanged.

  • Attach dates to every timed stage.
  • Never overwrite natal stage data.

Read direct timing contacts before stage imagery

Luck and annual stems and branches can change Ten-God visibility, roots, combinations, clashes, and seasonal context.

Those direct contacts provide more explicit evidence than the tone of a stage name and should be evaluated first.

  • Calculate direct relations independently.
  • Use the stage only as a declared secondary layer.

A temporary stage does not announce an event

Encountering Prosperity, Sickness, Death, Embryo, or another stage does not prove promotion, illness, death, conception, or pregnancy in that period.

Use conditional educational language and keep medical, legal, financial, and safety decisions grounded in present evidence and professional guidance.

  • Do not map labels directly to events.
  • Avoid alarmist timing claims.
