Nayin in Luck Cycles and Annual Influences
Compare natal, luck-pillar, and annual Nayin without merging time layers, and keep symbolic phase relations separate from deterministic event prediction.
Overview
A luck pillar or annual Jiazi has its own Nayin entry, which a declared method may compare with selected natal pillars. The temporary entry must retain its exact date range and layer. A repeated, generating, or overcoming relation can identify a symbolic comparison to examine, but it does not schedule an event or permanently change the natal chart.
At a glance
- Natal layer
- Four birth-pillar Nayin entries
- Luck layer
- One dated luck-pillar Jiazi
- Annual layer
- One dated annual Jiazi
- Comparison
- Method-specific pair relation
- Duration
- Temporary layer remains temporary
- Boundary
- No event date from Nayin alone
Keep natal, luck, and annual layers separate
Store each timing Jiazi with its start and end convention, then look up its Nayin without overwriting natal entries.
The same image appearing at two layers is a recurrence record, not a new permanent identity.
- Attach every result to a date range.
- Do not merge temporary and natal fields.
Specify what the temporary Nayin contacts
A method may compare the timing entry with the year, day, or another natal Nayin, but it should state the selected target and direction.
Scanning all possible combinations after an event invites hindsight selection.
- Set the comparison rule before reading outcomes.
- Report non-matches as well as matches.
Use standard timing evidence first in Zi Ping practice
Direct annual and luck stems and branches can form Ten-God relations, combinations, clashes, roots, and changes in seasonal support.
Those contacts provide the primary standard-chart evidence; Nayin remains a clearly labeled auxiliary layer.
- Read natal chart, luck pillar, then annual influence.
- Do not let Nayin bypass direct contacts.
A Nayin relation does not schedule an event
Generating, overcoming, repetition, or image language cannot prove that marriage, illness, profit, loss, or another event will occur in the period.
Use conditional language, disclose uncertainty, and base practical planning on current evidence and professional advice where relevant.
- Avoid exact-event promises.
- Do not create medical or financial timing claims.
