The six families
命 is the same mansion; 業胎 combines 業 and 胎. The other families pair 榮 with 親, 友 with 衰, 安 with 壞, and 危 with 成.
These names group directional positions. They do not form a league table of desirable people.
Why direction matters
From 昴 to 畢 the label is 榮; from 畢 to 昴 it is 親. The family stays 榮親 while the role changes.
Record who is the source before reading an interpretation.
What distance adds
Near, middle and far describe a band of positions in the product convention. 命 and 業胎 have no such band.
Distance is not geographical separation, emotional closeness or relationship duration.
Use the reading constructively
Choose one real issue, such as planning, unequal effort or conflicting expectations. Treat the reading as a possible vocabulary for discussing it.
Assess agreements and behavior directly; no family name establishes consent, trust or a future marriage.
Make a reproducible pair record
Save person A’s mansion, person B’s mansion, the A→B role, the B→A role, family and distance band. Link each mansion back to its dated calculation receipt.
If reversing the pair does not swap the directional roles as the table shows, recheck the roster and offset before interpreting the relationship.
