Reading Order for Heavenly-Stem Interactions (天干合沖生剋)
Apply a stable order to stem identity, strength, access, generation, control, clashes, combinations, transformation, and timing without double counting.
Overview
A reliable Heavenly-Stem interaction reading starts with fixed identity and Day-Stem relation, then establishes seasonal strength and roots before testing access. Next, record generation and control, identify clashes and combination candidates, and evaluate whether binding or transformation conditions actually hold. Resolve competing relations once, preserve failed candidates, and add luck-cycle timing only after the natal network is clear.

Stabilize identity and capacity first
Record each visible stem, its pillar, polarity, phase, and Ten-God relation to the Day Stem before interpreting action.
Then assess month command, roots, generation, drains, and control so later interaction claims use effective rather than nominal capacity.

Note adjacency, distance, intervening stems, and whether a participant is already involved in another stronger relation.

Resolve competition and transformation once
Test specific combination participants, season, support, obstruction, competing partners, and the product’s deterministic arbitration rules.
Distinguish contact, binding, combination without transformation, and successful transformation; do not count the same force in multiple final states.

- Retain failed-candidate evidence.
A structural order does not guarantee an event
The method improves consistency but does not turn symbolic interactions into certain marriage, conflict, illness, money, or career events.
Later timing can activate a relation, yet current facts remain necessary for any consequential conclusion.
