A Failed Bazi Structure (敗格)
Distinguish failed structure from mere damage by checking whether required formation conditions are absent, defeated, or left without effective rescue.
Overview
A failed structure does not meet or maintain the declared method’s essential conditions after support, damage, and rescue are considered. The page must specify which requirement fails and why alternatives do not restore the path. Failure belongs to the analytical model; it does not label the person, life, or future as a failure.

Identify the essential condition that fails
Use the same predeclared checklist that was used to test formation.
Name whether the anchor, participant, root, support, control, continuity, or exclusion requirement is missing.
- Cite the failed rule.
- Do not substitute a vague low score.
Distinguish absence, damage, and collapse
A candidate can be incomplete, damaged but operative, rescued, mixed, or unable to function at all.
Choose the least severe label supported by the evidence and preserve uncertainty.

Search for a better-supported structure
When one candidate fails, return to Month Command and the full chart rather than declaring the chart structureless.
Another ordinary or mixed structure may explain the evidence with fewer contradictions.

Do not project model failure onto life
The term does not prove poverty, defeat, illness, social exclusion, or inability.
It only says that one analytical pattern does not satisfy its own conditions.
