Overview
Structure quality is a multidimensional judgment about how completely and coherently a pattern operates. Formation, seasonal capacity, roots, clarity, useful pathways, damage, rescue, and stability can all matter. No universal prestige score exists, and a technical quality label must never become a ranking of intelligence, class, morality, or human value.

Separate formation completeness, capacity, clarity, useful operation, resilience, and timing instead of collapsing them into one adjective.
Show the chart evidence behind every dimension and identify the adopted school.

Include damage and fragility
A pattern can look clear but depend on one weak root or be vulnerable to a strong competing relation.
Rescue can improve function while introducing cost, so both benefits and side effects belong in the assessment.

Keep natal quality and timing separate
Luck cycles may support or obstruct how a natal structure operates during a period.
They do not rewrite the birth chart or create a permanent prestige grade.
