Overview

Meena is Pisces, the final sidereal zodiac sector: 330° inclusive to 360° exclusive. It is a dual water sign ruled by Jupiter in the seven-planet convention. At 360°, longitude wraps to 0° Aries; Pisces does not acquire a 30° endpoint inside its own interval.

Meena names a sector, not a fixed personality

First attach Meena to its chart point: Moon, Sun, lagna or another occupant. Pisces as the twelfth sign is not automatically the twelfth house. Its house number depends on the chosen reference and house convention.

Dual and water are traditional symbolic categories. They can frame a question about responding to changing circumstances without losing a boundary. They do not prove spirituality, vulnerability or psychic ability, and should not override a person’s account of their experience.

Jupiter rules Pisces; Venus has a separate dignity

The cited seven-planet table assigns Pisces to Jupiter. Venus’s exaltation point is 27° Pisces, and Mercury’s debilitation point is 15° Pisces. Those facts do not make Venus the sign ruler or give every Pisces occupant the same status.

For Pisces lagna with whole-sign houses, Jupiter owns the first house and the tenth in Sagittarius. Jupiter itself can occupy another sign. Keep its actual position separate from ownership, and state any alternative rulership method rather than mixing it into the calculation.

What happens at 359°59′ and 360°00′?

Compare two invented Moon coordinates: 359°59′ is 29°59′ Pisces, while 360°00′ normalizes to 0° Aries. In the equal 27-nakshatra convention, the first lies in Revati and the second at the beginning of Ashwini. The step crosses both a sign boundary and a nakshatra boundary.

With a synthetic Sagittarius lagna and whole-sign houses, Pisces is fourth and Aries fifth. These house numbers follow the reference, not Pisces’s twelfth place in zodiac order. The example is arithmetic, not a timed birth observation or evidence of an abrupt personality change.

Why do two apps disagree near the end of Pisces?

Compare unrounded longitude, timestamp and ayanamsa. A displayed “30° Pisces” may be rounding rather than a valid unrounded coordinate inside the sign; consult the underlying value before assigning a label. Do not infer a birth time by choosing the description that feels more accurate.
