Overview

Tula is Libra, the sidereal interval from 180° to less than 210°. It is a movable air sign ruled by Venus. Saturn’s exaltation in Libra is a separate planetary dignity, not an alternative claim that Saturn owns the sign.

Tula is a sign, not a compatibility verdict

Clarify whether Tula refers to the Moon, lagna or another chart point. Libra’s traditional movable/air categories can frame questions about negotiating a workable agreement and revising it. They do not prove fairness, charm or relationship success.

Libra is the seventh sign in zodiac order, but it is not the seventh house in every chart. Treating every Libra placement as a marriage indicator skips the chosen house reference and the actual question being asked.

Why do Venus, Saturn and the Sun all appear in Libra guides?

Venus is Libra’s ruler. The cited dignity table places Saturn’s exaltation point at 20° Libra and the Sun’s debilitation point at 10° Libra. Each statement has a named planetary subject; do not transfer one planet’s classification to the whole sign.

For Libra lagna and whole-sign houses, Venus owns Libra in the first and Taurus in the eighth. Saturn’s presence in Libra, if actually calculated, is an additional placement. It does not cancel Venus’s rulership or guarantee that all first-house matters will be easy.

An exalted Saturn with Venus elsewhere

Use synthetic sidereal positions: lagna 184°, Saturn 200°, Venus 228°. They are Libra 4°, Saturn at Libra 20° and Venus at Scorpio 18°. With whole-sign houses from Libra, Saturn is in the first house at the cited exaltation point; Venus is in the second house.

Venus remains the ascendant ruler despite occupying Scorpio, a Mars-ruled sign. The example provides neither Mars’s position nor the Sun’s position, so those cannot be inferred. In particular, it does not establish a debilitated Sun merely because Libra is rising.

Can one Tula placement answer a relationship question?

A sign name cannot determine consent, reliability or compatibility. If the question concerns a chart’s seventh house, calculate that house from the declared reference rather than substituting the seventh zodiac sign. Then separate chart symbolism from the partners’ actual behavior.
