Overview

Some classical role tables use the Officer and Seven Killings family as children correspondences in a male chart because these stars control the Day Master. Polarity is sometimes assigned to sons and daughters, but the assignments are not consistent across schools and cannot determine a child's sex. The selected star must be evaluated separately from the Hour Pillar and from real family information. This method cannot establish fertility, parentage, child count, health, character, or future outcomes.

State the Officer-family convention precisely

A common classical rule assigns Officer and Seven Killings to children in a male chart. Some tables then divide the two polarities between sons and daughters.

Because polarity assignments and chart-sex rules differ by source, publish the chosen table. Never present the mapping as a biological test or a method for predicting a child's sex.

  • Name the Officer polarity rule.
  • Do not treat the table as biology.

Trace the star, Hour Pillar, and timing independently

Locate each relevant stem or hidden stem and assess its season, roots, strength, relations, and structural role. Repetition does not equal the number of children.

Examine the Hour Pillar separately, then date any activation to an exact luck or annual interval. A symbolic contact is not evidence that an event will occur.

  • Keep occurrence and position records.
  • Do not translate contacts into event certainty.

Use the actual family and care context

Ask whether the question concerns biological, adopted, foster, step, guardian, teaching, mentoring, or creative responsibilities. These relationships require different real-world evidence.

A person may be child-free or may not identify with the historical male-chart category. Respect that context rather than forcing a descendant narrative.

  • Confirm the relevant role and consent.
  • Respect child-free and diverse family lives.

Keep reproductive and child decisions outside the chart

Do not infer conception, fertility, pregnancy outcome, parentage, child sex, disability, illness, behavior, academic success, safety, or lifespan from these symbols.

Medical care, genetic or fertility questions, custody, education, and safeguarding need direct evidence and appropriately qualified professionals.

  • No fertility or child-outcome forecast.
  • Protect minors and sensitive family data.
