Wife Star in a Male Bazi Chart (男命妻星)
Understand the traditional Wealth-family wife-star convention, its difference from the Spouse Palace, and its modern relationship and privacy limits.
Overview
In a common historical table, a male chart uses the Wealth family as the wife-role correspondence, often Direct Wealth as the formal spouse symbol. That convention belongs to a specific lineage and binary social model; it is not a rule about a person's gender, orientation, preferred partner, or marriage status. The selected Wealth occurrence must be kept distinct from the natal Day Branch used as the Spouse Palace. Neither layer can identify or evaluate a real partner.

Present the Wealth mapping as a historical convention
Traditional role tables commonly say that what the Day Master controls is Wealth and extend that function to a wife role in a male chart. Some distinguish Direct Wealth from Indirect Wealth; others use the whole family.
State the lineage and polarity rule. Do not present a historically gendered table as evidence of the chart owner's sex, gender identity, sexuality, or desired relationship structure.

Read the exact Wealth occurrence and the palace separately
Locate the mapped stem or hidden stem and assess season, roots, strength, position, combinations, clashes, and structural role. Multiple Wealth symbols do not represent multiple wives.
Then examine the natal Day Branch as the Spouse Palace under its own evidence. A shared contact may connect the layers but must not be double-weighted.

Use a relationship-neutral question when appropriate
If the user is not describing a wife relationship, use a neutral partner-role analysis or the person's chosen framework instead of forcing the wife label.
Real compatibility depends on both people's consent, communication, values, circumstances, and behavior. A single natal chart cannot replace those facts.

The Wife Star cannot prove that a wife exists, identify her, reveal her appearance, wealth, fidelity, fertility, health, conduct, or predict marriage, divorce, abuse, or death.
