Overview

Salary income is compensation governed by an employment relationship; it is not a single Bazi star. Direct Wealth, Officer, Resource, Output, and Companion functions may frame questions about exchange, role, credentials, contribution, negotiation, or competition, but none maps one-to-one to salary. A responsible reading establishes the natal structure and a defined career question, then separates base pay, variable compensation, benefits, tax, hours, security, progression, and purchasing power. Actual conclusions require contracts, payslips, market benchmarks, performance evidence, labor law, and current opportunities.

Define the compensation package before reading symbols

Separate base salary, hourly wages, overtime, commission, bonus, equity, pension, insurance, leave, tax, expenses, hours, location, contract term, and job security. Gross pay alone is not the whole package.

Specify whether the question concerns an offer, raise, internal move, negotiation, workload, retention, or longer-term progression, and set a date range.

  • Compare total compensation and conditions.
  • Name the decision stage and horizon.

Use several chart functions, not a salary-star shortcut

Wealth can frame exchange and allocation, Officer role and accountability, Resource credentials and support, Output contribution and communication, and Companions peers or competition. Their meaning depends on the complete structure.

Record month command, Day-Master capacity, roots, useful roles, interactions, and timing contacts. Do not equate Direct Wealth with salary or Officer with guaranteed employment.

  • Explain the selected function in context.
  • Reject one-star income formulas.

Ground pay decisions in labor-market evidence

Review the written contract, payslips, market benchmarks, role scope, performance record, skills scarcity, internal pay bands, employer finances, openings, location, inflation, tax, and labor protections.

Use timing language only to plan research, applications, negotiation, training, or a review meeting. Define alternatives and a minimum acceptable package before acting.

  • Use current comparable compensation data.
  • Prepare negotiation evidence and fallback options.

Do not predict pay or employment outcomes

Bazi cannot determine salary amount, offer probability, raise, bonus, dismissal, employer conduct, legal rights, tax treatment, or future purchasing power.

Do not use birth data for hiring, compensation, promotion, redundancy, or employee screening. Employment and financial decisions require current facts and qualified advice when needed.

  • No pay, offer, or job-security guarantee.
  • Never use a chart to set another person’s compensation.
