What does the Day Master contribute to personality reading?

Overview
The Day Master is the day stem and reference point used to calculate the Ten Gods. Its element and yin-yang polarity offer a starting vocabulary, not a complete personality description. A Jia, Yi, Bing, Ding, or any other Day Master behaves differently depending on month command, roots, support, drain, control, combinations, pattern, useful functions, and lived context. Use Day-Master imagery only after these controls, and present it as a hypothesis the person can accept, refine, or reject.

Use the Day Master as a coordinate, not an identity
The Day Master is the day stem from the verified chart. It anchors relations to the other stems and hidden stems and therefore determines Ten-God labels.
Its classical imagery may supply metaphors for discussion, but it is not a psychological test, identity category, or summary of the whole chart.

The same stem can be supported, overconcentrated, constrained, transformed, or isolated. Repeating one generic trait list for all charts with that stem is not Bazi analysis.

Let the rest of the chart qualify the starting image
Ten-God configurations, pillar positions, pattern, useful functions, climate, and stem-branch relations can reinforce, redirect, or contradict a Day-Master metaphor.
State which evidence changes the interpretation. If the chart does not support the simple image, retain the more specific whole-chart conclusion.
