Overview

An absent Ten God must be defined precisely: not visible in heavenly stems, not present among hidden stems, or absent from the full natal symbol set. Absence means no direct natal occurrence under that definition, not that the corresponding function, person, skill, or event cannot exist. Five-Element pathways, chart structure, lived behavior, and later timing can still express related themes.

At a glance

Visible absence
No matching label among four heavenly stems
Hidden absence
No matching label among branch hidden stems
Full absence
Neither visible nor hidden in the natal chart
Indirect expression
Related phase pathways and structure may remain
Timing
Luck can introduce the label temporarily
Boundary
Absence is not a missing person, trait, or destiny

Define the layer from which the label is absent

A label may be absent from visible stems but present in one or more hidden stems, so a surface scan is insufficient.

Use the complete hidden-stem table and distinguish natal absence from temporary absence in a selected display.

  • State visible, hidden, or full absence.
  • Audit all four branches.

Look for function without inventing a symbol

Other phases may create, control, or redirect the missing relationship function even when the exact stem is absent.

Describe those pathways as indirect context and do not add a Ten-God occurrence that the deterministic map does not contain.

  • Trace related Five-Element flows.
  • Preserve the true symbol inventory.

Incoming labels remain time-bound

A luck-cycle or annual stem can introduce the absent label and interact with the natal chart for a defined interval.

Its arrival does not prove that a promised person or event must appear, and it does not make the label natal.

  • Mark timing source and dates.
  • Do not backfill the natal chart.

Missing labels do not mean missing lives

No wealth label does not mean poverty or no father or partner; no resource label does not mean no mother, education, health, or support.

Avoid family, fertility, career, ability, and medical claims based on absence.

  • Reject literal role deprivation.
  • Use real history and capability evidence.
