Can the Useful God Change? (用神是否會改變)
Resolve whether a Bazi Useful God changes by separating natal diagnosis, method changes, availability changes, and period-specific operating priorities.
Overview
Whether the Useful God can change depends on what “change” means. Under a fixed method, the natal chart and its structural diagnosis do not change, so the natal Useful God should not be casually rewritten. Luck Pillars and annual luck can change availability, damage, urgency, and the operating role for a period. A different school can also produce a different selection, but that is a method change, not proof that the birth chart itself changed.

Define which kind of change is being claimed
