A Useful God for a Dominant Structure (專旺用神) is chosen only after the chart demonstrates a coherent, concentrated elemental momentum that meets the adopted dominant-structure rules. The useful route generally follows, expresses, or protects that momentum rather than reflexively controlling it. Purity, season, roots, exposure, disruptive counterforces, and whether an ordinary chart explains the evidence better must all be tested first.
