Overview
A Useful God Affected by Clash (用神被沖) participates in a valid branch clash that may move, expose, weaken, release, displace, or activate relevant qi. Clash is not synonymous with destruction: the result depends on which branch is stronger, season, roots, combinations, storage, distance, natal versus timing layer, and the Useful God’s required function. The analysis must name the changed mechanism rather than assume a bad event.
