What the four corners mean in the text
The classical discussion calls Yin, Shen, Si, and Hai the four corners of heaven and earth, placing them in a seasonal and directional explanation of Solitary and Orphan.
Chen, Xu, Chou, and Wei also appear as separated positions in some explanations. This is a textual framework, not permission to draw arbitrary geometric angles on a chart.
