Overview

Heavenly Noble usually maps the Day Stem to two branches: Jia, Wu and Geng seek Chou-Wei; Yi and Ji seek Zi-Shen; Bing and Ding seek Hai-You; Ren and Gui seek Mao-Si; Xin seeks Yin-Wu. It is not a guarantee that a helper will appear or risk will vanish.

The complete Heavenly Noble lookup

The traditional mnemonic maps Jia, Wu and Geng to Ox and Goat; Yi and Ji to Rat and Monkey; Bing and Ding to Pig and Rooster; Ren and Gui to Rabbit and Snake; and Xin to Tiger and Horse.

Use the Day Master, then check all four branches for either target. Some schools also consult the year stem, so a tool using both references should label the source of each result.

  • This page uses the Day Stem as its primary reference.
  • If the year-stem variant is used, identify it separately.

How should the matched branch be read?

The branch still has hidden stems, a chart-house context and ordinary combinations or clashes. Its season, support and damage matter before the favorable label is considered.

A natal match differs from one introduced by timing. A Luck Pillar or annual match cannot identify a specific helper, form of assistance or date by itself.

  • Show pillar, hidden stems and damage conditions.
  • Do not turn a timing marker into a named-person prediction.

What does “noble” mean here?

Classical language connects Tian Yi with support, mediation and reduced difficulty. It is a traditional category, not proof that a powerful person will intervene or that the native has social rank.

When the chart already shows resources, cooperation or a credible transformation path, the marker may echo that theme. It should not override contradictory structural evidence.

  • Treat “noble” as a symbolic category, not a real person.
  • Increase weight only when the chart corroborates the theme.

Heavenly Noble is not a rescue guarantee

The marker cannot guarantee protection from accidents, illness, litigation, investing losses or relationship harm. It should never reduce real-world safety or risk management.

A reliable explanation publishes the lookup, source reference, location and school variation and keeps the conclusion within cultural interpretation rather than making outcome promises.

  • Do not replace safety or professional decisions with Tian Yi.
  • Tie every claim to an explicit rule and chart condition.
