Overview
The common Six Elegance list contains Bing-Wu, Ding-Wei, Wu-Zi, Wu-Wu, Ji-Chou, and Ji-Wei as complete Day Pillars. It is a modern circulating classification, not a measure of intelligence, beauty, creativity, gender expression, popularity, or future success.

The six Day Pillars in the common list
The list used here is Bing-Wu, Ding-Wei, Wu-Zi, Wu-Wu, Ji-Chou, and Ji-Wei. The unit is the complete birth Day Pillar.
Wu, Wei, Zi, or Chou elsewhere in the chart does not qualify. The Day Pillar itself must be confirmed through a reliable calendar and declared day-boundary policy.

How to describe the list’s evidence level
Six Elegance is common in contemporary BaZi instruction, but its early edition history is not as clearly traceable as core Zi Ping relationships.
A responsible page calls it a circulating Day-Pillar list, names the adopted version, and reopens review when better evidence appears.
- Label the list as commonly transmitted.
- Never invent an old-book quotation to add authority.
Elegance is not proof of talent
Traditional imagery links the name with refinement, expression, or outward presence. One Day Pillar cannot measure intelligence, aesthetics, creativity, school performance, or workplace skill.
Assess ability through work samples, training, experience, and observed results. Even other chart symbols remain interpretive vocabulary, not psychometric tests.

Appearance, identity, and success boundaries
Six Elegance cannot establish that someone is beautiful, feminine, popular, or destined for achievement. It cannot reveal gender expression or sexual orientation.
