Red Romance Star is commonly checked from the Day Stem against branches in the Four Pillars. One located table gives Jia and Yi→Wu, Bing→Yin, Ding→Wei, Wu→Zi, Ji→Chen, Geng→Xu, Xin→You, Ren→Si, and Gui→Shen. Other versions must be identified rather than silently substituted.

Start with the birth Day Stem and select its target branch from the listed version. For example, Jia or Yi targets Wu, while Geng targets Xu.

Record whether the target appears in the Year, Month, Day, or Hour Pillar. A matching stem elsewhere in the chart does not replace the Day-Stem reference.

Why the table needs a version label

Online tables sometimes exchange entries for Wu, Ji, or Ren, and some search only the Day Branch. Those differences change actual hit results.

Keep every alternative as a fully documented version with a source locator and effective date. Do not overwrite historical reports or use majority repetition as evidence.

Romance imagery is not relationship evidence
