Boundaries of Divorce-Risk Interpretation
Explain what chart evidence can frame, require multiple independent layers, and prohibit deterministic divorce, blame, legal, safety, or timing claims.
Overview
Boundaries of divorce-risk interpretation (離婚風險的判讀邊界, Lí Hūn Fēng Xiǎn De Pàn Dú Biān Jiè) define how Bazi relationship symbols may be discussed without predicting a legal or personal outcome. Divorce is a decision and legal process involving at least two people, not a Ten God, clash, punishment, harm, combination, or luck-pillar event. A careful page can document which spouse-palace, spouse-role, structure, relation, and timing layers are under review, then state modifiers and contradictions. It cannot diagnose a marriage, assign fault, forecast filing or custody, excuse abuse, or replace legal, financial, therapeutic, or safety advice.
At a glance
- Core boundary
- A chart symbol is not a divorce event or legal status
- Minimum review
- Palace, role stars, structure, relations, timing, counterevidence
- Two-person reality
- One chart cannot establish another person’s conduct
- Timing scope
- A finite review window, never a filing or separation date
- Safety rule
- Direct reports and immediate risk override symbolic discussion
- Cannot decide
- Fault, divorce, custody, property, support, safety, reconciliation
Reframe the question from prediction to review
Replace “Will I divorce?” with specific questions about current change, communication, pressure, support, decision readiness, and relevant dates. Record whether the user asks about a legal filing, separation, reconciliation, or general uncertainty.
Do not treat marital status as a hidden fact in the chart. The same symbol can operate through work, residence, family obligations, health context, or another non-marital domain.
- Define the real event and current evidence.
- Keep non-marital explanations available.
Require independent layers and visible counterevidence
Document the spouse palace, adopted spouse-role convention, full structure, specific branch or stem relations, and the dated layer. Name participating symbols instead of using a generic damaged-marriage label.
Merge repeated statements of the same relation into one evidence family. Publish stabilizing factors, missing information, uncertain birth data, and facts that contradict the proposed reading.
- Do not count synonyms as corroboration.
- Show modifiers, uncertainty, and contradictions.
Do not convert timing contacts into a divorce date
Luck pillars and annual influences may identify periods for reviewing change or strain, but they do not cause a filing, separation, judgment, or reconciliation. State the interval and why the signal expires.
Never retrospectively select only years that match known events. Prospective wording must remain conditional and cannot pressure someone to stay, leave, disclose, or confront.
- Use finite review windows only.
- Do not publish guaranteed legal or relationship events.
Keep legal, financial, and safety decisions outside the chart
Bazi cannot assign blame, detect infidelity, establish abuse, determine custody, divide property, calculate support, or judge whether reconciliation is safe. Symbolic auspiciousness is not a safety assessment.
Use qualified legal and financial advice, direct evidence, trusted support, and local emergency or safeguarding services when relevant. Do not let a reading delay help.
- Never use the chart as evidence against a partner.
- Direct safety and professional support take priority.
