Overview

Privacy and safety boundaries for relationship analysis (關係分析的隱私與安全邊界, Guān Xì Fēn Xī De Yǐn Sī Yǔ Ān Quán Biān Jiè) apply because birth records, relationship histories, interpretations, and inferred traits can expose more than the person expects. Each participant should know the purpose, fields used, lawful or legitimate basis, recipients, retention period, deletion route, and limits before a comparison begins. Collect only what the declared method requires, keep each person’s data and conclusions separately attributable, and do not profile an absent person without authorization. Additional care is required for minors, employees, patients, students, dependants, survivors, and other power-imbalanced contexts. Bazi cannot detect abuse, danger, consent, fidelity, illness, or criminality. When coercion, stalking, violence, self-harm, exploitation, or immediate risk is suspected, stop symbolic analysis and use direct safety procedures and qualified support.

Define purpose, authority, and minimum data before collection

State why the comparison is requested, who will use it, which fields and methods are necessary, how long records remain, and how a participant can access, correct, withdraw, or delete data.

Consent must be specific and freely given where relied upon. A partner, parent, manager, practitioner, or purchaser does not automatically have authority to submit another person’s birth record.

  • Collect only data needed for one declared purpose.
  • Verify each participant’s authority and choice separately.

Limit inference, access, retention, and sharing

Keep raw inputs, calculated charts, interpretations, notes, exports, and feedback within the disclosed access boundary. Do not reuse them for marketing, training, ranking, or a new analysis without a valid basis.

Avoid exporting unnecessary identifiers, set retention and deletion rules, protect access, and keep chart ownership visible. Do not combine two people into an untraceable joint profile.

  • Separate necessary calculation from optional inference.
  • Restrict copies, recipients, reuse, and retention.

Apply stronger safeguards where choice is constrained

Minors, employees, patients, students, dependants, and people under financial, legal, family, or care pressure may not be able to refuse freely. Reduce scope or do not proceed when participation could affect rights or access.

Never use relationship analysis for secret screening, surveillance, custody disputes, employment, insurance, credit, housing, health, education, discipline, or access to services.

  • Treat power imbalance as a data and safety risk.
  • Keep eligibility and rights decisions outside the analysis.

Use direct safety channels instead of symbolic detection

A chart cannot determine consent, abuse, stalking, violence, coercive control, self-harm, exploitation, illness, fidelity, fraud, or criminal conduct. Do not reassure or accuse someone from symbols.

If immediate danger or serious concern appears, stop the reading, preserve only necessary records, avoid alerting a suspected abuser where unsafe, and follow appropriate emergency, safeguarding, medical, legal, or specialist procedures.

  • No risk detection or clearance from Bazi.
  • Escalate real danger through qualified direct channels.
