How to Handle Incomplete Compatibility Data

An unknown birth hour is different from an uncertain date, location, historical time zone, calendar conversion, or absent second chart. Known inputs should be preserved and uncertain values represented as explicit alternatives, not guessed from personality, events, relatives, or a desired result. Modules that depend on an unknown field must be removed or reported across all valid scenarios. Confidence and scope should shrink; a middle score, default hour, or silent imputation is not a neutral solution. If the second person has not authorized use of their data, do not create a hidden profile. A limited one-chart discussion is not compatibility analysis.

Audit the missing field and its provenance
Record whose input is affected, the known value or range, source, precision, collection date, calendar convention, time zone, and authorization. Do not label all uncertainty as merely an unknown hour.
