Overview
Spouse-palace interaction between two charts (雙方夫妻宮互動, Shuāng Fāng Fū Qī Gōng Hù Dòng) compares the Day Branch of each natal chart after both have been interpreted independently. The spouse palace is a traditional contextual position, not a literal partner, a complete relationship, or a container that absorbs the other chart. A declared comparison may examine the two Day Branches, hidden stems, relations with other stems and branches, natal structure, useful and adverse functions, competition, and separate timing layers. A combination does not prove affection, a clash does not prove conflict or divorce, and an activated Day Branch does not schedule an event. The method cannot establish attraction, fidelity, abuse, fertility, marriage, separation, or duration.

Interpret each Day Branch inside its own natal chart
Identify the fixed Day Branch, hidden stems, seasonal state, roots, relations with the Day Stem and other pillars, structural role, useful or adverse function, and competing evidence in each chart.
Do not treat the Day Branch alone as the spouse or marriage. Missing birth time does not change the Day Branch, but calendar uncertainty can affect the Day Pillar and must be disclosed.

Name the exact palace-to-palace and wider contacts
First state the relation, if any, between the two Day Branches. Then separately list cross-chart contacts from other stems and branches to either Day Branch, including direction and pillar location.
Distinguish same branch, Six Harmony, Three Combination, meeting, clash, punishment, harm, break, and no registered relation. Do not count one contact under several names without explanation.

Add timing without manufacturing a shared event
Calculate luck-pillar and annual contacts to each Day Branch inside its own chart, with calendar start and end. Compare overlap only after both analyses are complete.
Activation means a technical contact within the adopted model, not a meeting, proposal, pregnancy, affair, argument, separation, or reconciliation date. Preserve absent and contradictory periods.

Do not turn palace relations into a marriage verdict
A combination is not love or harmony, and a clash, punishment, harm, or break is not abuse, incompatibility, infidelity, or divorce. Technical relations do not assign blame.
Use consent, communication, observed conduct, health information, legal facts, and safety processes for real decisions. The spouse-palace comparison is one bounded symbolic layer only.
