Children and Family Planning in Bazi Compatibility
Separate traditional child symbols from fertility and family-planning facts, preserve consent and medical boundaries, and reject child-count or pregnancy forecasts.
Overview
Children and family planning in Bazi compatibility (生育與子女, Shēng Yù Yǔ Zǐ Nǚ) reviews traditional child-related symbols without turning them into fertility claims. A declared method may examine Output Stars, the Hour Pillar, selected palaces, natal condition, and bounded timing in each chart, but these conventions differ and must remain attached to their owner. They cannot identify reproductive anatomy, fertility, pregnancy, child sex, number of children, genetic conditions, adoption eligibility, parenting quality, or a guaranteed birth year. Family planning requires explicit consent, health information, personal values, care capacity, legal context, and qualified reproductive or adoption guidance—not a compatibility verdict.
At a glance
- Declared convention
- Output Stars, Hour Pillar, or named palace policy

- Direct inputs
- Consent, health, values, capacity, legal context
- Timing limit
- Symbolic review period, never a conception date
- Family forms
- Parenting, adoption, fostering, child-free choices
- Cannot predict
- Fertility, pregnancy, child sex or count, health, birth
Declare the traditional child-symbol policy
State whether the method uses Output Stars, the Hour Pillar, a palace convention, or a question-specific combination. Identify how gendered classical mappings are handled.
Do not combine several conventions and count agreement as medical confirmation. An absent or constrained symbol is not infertility or a child-free destiny.
- Make the selected convention reproducible.
- Keep symbolic absence medically neutral.
Read each natal chart without merging bodies or outcomes
For each person, review the selected symbol’s visibility, season, strength, structure, useful function, competing relations, and uncertainty. Keep findings tied to that chart.
A partner’s chart cannot repair, damage, or diagnose another person’s reproductive health. Cross-chart relations remain symbolic comparisons, not biological mechanisms.
- Produce two separate natal reviews.
- Do not infer one body from another chart.
Discuss real family-planning choices directly
Ask whether each person wants children, what family forms are acceptable, how care work and costs would be shared, and what medical, legal, cultural, or accessibility needs apply.
Consent may change. Record uncertainty, disagreement, support networks, and practical next steps without treating one person’s preference as a problem to be corrected by fate.
- Center explicit and continuing consent.
- Include care capacity and multiple family forms.
Do not forecast fertility, pregnancy, or children
Bazi cannot determine fertility, miscarriage risk, pregnancy, child sex, number of children, disability, genetic status, adoption outcome, parenting fitness, or an exact conception or birth date.
Use qualified medical, reproductive, mental-health, and legal support as appropriate. Never pressure treatment, pregnancy, adoption, or childlessness on the basis of a chart.
- No child-count or pregnancy promise.
- Health, consent, and legal evidence take priority.
