Does Combination Cancel Clash?

Editorially reviewed:

Overview

A combination can sometimes reduce a clash by occupying a shared participant, but it does not universally erase the clash. The two relations must share topology, both must be valid under their own tables, and their completion, season, roots, proximity, repetition, damage, and timing must be compared. The result can be resolved, weakened, redirected, divided, or unresolved.

At a glance

Prerequisite
A valid combination and valid clash sharing a participant
Priority evidence
Completion, season, roots, proximity, repetition, damage, and timing
Possible result
Resolved, weakened, redirected, divided, or unresolved
No universal rule
Combination does not always outrank clash
Layer rule
A timed combination resolves only within its active period
Boundary
Technical resolution does not guarantee reconciliation

Check whether the relations truly compete

Map the combination and clash and identify their shared participant.

Relations on separate branches can coexist without one resolving the other.

  • Require shared topology.
  • Validate each relation independently.

Compare completed force on both routes

A complete group with strong season and roots differs from a nominal or damaged pair.

Proximity, repetition, and timing may give the clash more immediate access than the combination.

  • Compare like with like.
  • Publish counterevidence.

Return a graded result

Use resolved only when clash access is convincingly occupied or redirected.

Otherwise report partial weakening, divided force, temporary resolution, or an unresolved conflict.

  • Avoid binary cancellation.
  • Keep residual force visible.

Separate structural resolution from life outcomes

合能解沖 does not promise reconciliation, safety, recovery, marriage, job retention, or financial protection.

Real outcomes require the affected roles, timing, choices, and external facts.

  • No social guarantee.
  • No risk-management substitute.
