Self-Punishment Pairs and Conditions (自刑配對與成立條件)

Overview
Self-Punishment is commonly assigned when Chen, Wu, You, or Hai repeats, although schools differ on whether two copies suffice and how timing repetition is weighted. OpenFate treats it as a disclosed school rule, preserves each branch’s other relations, and does not translate repetition into self-sabotage or mental-health claims.

State which repetition rule is used
Confirm that the repeated branch is Chen, Wu, You, or Hai under the adopted table.
Name the minimum count and whether a transit repeating one natal branch qualifies temporarily.

- Count only actual branches.
Show every copy and its layer
Record the pillars of natal duplicates and the dates of timed duplicates.
Repeated symbols increase recurrence in the relation map, but do not create a new hidden branch.

Preserve the wider branch network
Each repeated branch can still clash, combine, harm, break, or join a larger group.
Season, roots, and concurrent relations decide prominence and may redirect the repeated contact.

自刑 does not prove anxiety, self-harm, addiction, indecision, guilt, or self-sabotage.
Psychological and medical claims require qualified evidence outside a symbolic chart.
