Understand 中和 as a bounded balance classification, how competing support and drain are evaluated, and why balance is not perfection or permanent stability.
Overview
A Balanced Day Master (中和) sits within a defined middle range after seasonal support, roots, generation, peers, drain, control, and interactions are compared. It does not require every element to appear equally, nor does it mean the chart is ideal, conflict-free, or permanently stable. Timing can move a balanced natal structure toward strength or weakness.

Define a middle range before classifying
A system should publish or internally stabilize the range separating balanced from moderately strong and moderately weak. The result must come from the same evidence model used for adjacent classes.
中和 is not a fallback for uncertainty. If data or evidence is incomplete, report that limitation separately.
