Overview

A reliable strength assessment follows a fixed evidence order: verify the chart, establish the Month Command and seasonal depth, map roots, inspect exposed and hidden support, compare drain and control, evaluate combinations and branch interactions, then test ordinary versus extreme classifications. The order reduces anchoring bias; it does not mean later evidence is less important.

At a glance

Step 1
Verify pillars, time policy, and term boundaries
Step 2
Establish Month Command and seasonal state
Step 3
Map roots, exposure, generation, and peers
Step 4
Compare output, wealth, officer, and climate
Step 5
Resolve combinations and branch interactions
Step 6
Test ordinary, extreme, and following classes

Begin with a trustworthy chart

Confirm birth data, time zone, daylight-saving history, solar-term boundaries, and any true-solar-time policy before interpreting strength.

A one-pillar shift can change season, roots, Ten Gods, and interactions. Interpretation cannot repair incorrect inputs.

  • Preserve calculation provenance.
  • Stop when boundary uncertainty is material.

Audit season, ground, generation, and assistance

Read Month Command first, then list primary and secondary roots, Resource generation, Companion support, and whole-chart momentum as distinct channels.

Grade quality by season, position, exposure, and integrity. Do not reduce the audit to a count of supportive characters.

  • Separate support channels.
  • Grade quality before quantity.

Compare drain, control, and structural change

Map Output, Wealth, and Officer forces, then resolve valid combinations, transformations, clashes, punishments, harms, and breaks.

Recalculate affected pathways instead of attaching interaction labels after the strength verdict.

  • Apply interactions before classification.
  • Keep contested effects conditional.

Classify last and explain the evidence chain

Choose strong, weak, balanced, extremely strong, extremely weak, or following only after ordinary support and opposition have been compared.

Publish counterevidence and confidence. Strength is a chart relation, not a judgment of physical or moral strength.

  • Delay the label until the end.
  • No character judgment from strength.
