Losing the Month Command (失令) means that the target stem or element lacks direct seasonal support from the Month Branch under the declared method. It is a meaningful disadvantage in the strength audit, not a declaration that the target is absent or powerless. Strong roots, generation, peers, combinations, climate needs, and the wider chart can preserve or restore practical support.
