Overview
Activation means that an arriving Luck-Pillar stem or branch forms a specific, auditable relation with natal symbols or supplies conditions that make an existing relation more operative. It requires named participants, a valid rule, and an active date range. Activation describes model interaction; it does not prove that an external event has been caused or must occur.

Activation begins with exact participants
