Audit the two timing layers, complete Jiazi match, effective dates, and evidence weight behind an annual-alignment claim.
Overview
Annual Alignment Validation is a checking method, not a second definition of Sui Yun Bing Lin. Name the annual layer and comparison layer, require a complete stem-branch match during the same effective interval, and classify partial matches or natal Fu Yin separately. Split a year when a Luck Pillar changes, and count repeated symbols as one converging pathway rather than independent evidence. Record the claim before testing it
Name the annual pillar, the comparison layer, the calendar rule, and the dates each layer is active.
Do not silently substitute a natal pillar, month, or another cycle for the declared comparison.
- Identify both timing layers.
- Preserve calculation inputs.
Test the same effective interval
Compare both stem and branch only while the named layers overlap in time.
If a Luck Pillar changes during the year, split the audit at the handover instead of assigning one result to the whole year.
- Require a complete Jiazi match.
- Segment transition years.
Classify exact, partial, and different relations
Return exact alignment only for a full same-Jiazi match; label one-character or one-element similarity as partial.
A repeated natal pillar belongs to Fu Yin analysis and must not be relabeled as a timing-layer alignment.
- Use mutually exclusive outcomes.
- Keep Fu Yin separate.
Deduplicate evidence before interpretation
The same Jiazi across two layers is one converging signal, not two independent votes.
After validation, return to natal structure and preserve contrary relations; the audit itself predicts no event.
