Evaluate a seemingly balanced chart through seasonal evidence, effective flow, structural function, sensitivity, and competing classifications.
Overview
A balanced chart is not one with equal element counts or a permanent neutral score. A case should show how season, roots, support, drain, control, combinations, and circulation create a workable range under a declared method. The analysis must test whether small changes in birth time, boundaries, or relation rules move the chart into strong or weak categories. Balance is a model description and does not guarantee stability, health, harmony, or good fortune.

Define the balanced range
State the school, features, ordering, and threshold used to call the chart balanced. Use effective seasonal and structural evidence rather than raw character counts.
