Family-Role Analysis in Bazi Cases
Analyse family-role symbols with declared Ten-God, palace, lineage, and gender conventions while keeping real relatives and family history separate.
Overview
Family-role analysis in a Bazi case combines symbolic mappings such as Ten Gods, pillar palaces, Day Branch, lineage conventions, and sometimes gendered classical rules. These systems do not automatically agree, and a symbol is not the actual relative. State the adopted mapping, identify the chart owner, position, strength, relations, and timing layer, and then compare the technical theme with consented family facts. Modern families may include adoptive, step, donor-conceived, chosen, same-sex, nonbinary, estranged, deceased, or unknown relations that older labels do not represent cleanly. The case must not infer paternity, fertility, abuse, loyalty, death, inheritance, or family worth from the chart.

Declare the symbolic mapping
State which Ten God or palace represents the analytical role under the adopted text or school, whose chart is being read, and whether a gendered rule is retained, adapted, or omitted.
If systems disagree, keep parallel mappings instead of silently choosing the one that fits the known family story.
- Name source and mapping policy.
- Preserve conflicting symbolic systems.
Analyse the symbol within the full chart
Record pillar, hidden or revealed status, roots, seasonal role, structural function, stem-branch relations, and timing contacts. A symbol’s presence alone does not describe a relationship.
Separate the role symbol, palace, and actual person. Several relatives can share one symbolic category, and one person can appear in multiple contextual questions.
- Trace the complete chart function.
- Do not equate symbol with person.
Use consented family facts as separate evidence
Describe actual caregiving, legal parentage, household, contact, culture, and chosen relationships directly when relevant and authorized. Do not force modern family forms into unsupported binary assumptions.
Known facts used to interpret the chart cannot also validate the symbolic rule independently. Record mismatches and unavailable information.
- Respect the person’s own family terms.
- Do not count fitted biography as validation.
Protect third parties and high-risk facts
A chart cannot determine paternity, pregnancy, fertility, adoption, abuse, death, fidelity, estrangement, inheritance, or a relative’s character or health.
Obtain permission, minimize identifying details, and use direct records and qualified support for consequential matters. Do not publish a third party’s inferred profile.
- No sensitive-family inference.
- No non-consensual third-party profiling.
