Case Method for Marriage Analysis in Bazi
Analyze spouse symbols, the Day Branch, chart structure, timing, both partners’ evidence, uncertainty, consent, and non-deterministic limits.
Overview
A marriage case should distinguish symbolic spouse-star mappings, the Day Branch or spouse palace, whole-chart structure, timing layers, and observed relationship evidence. Historical gendered mappings must be identified rather than silently treated as universal. A single chart cannot describe an absent partner’s character, consent, fidelity, health, or intentions. When two charts are available with permission, compare them without reducing the relationship to a score. Bazi does not prove marriage timing, compatibility, infidelity, divorce, abuse, pregnancy, or a “destined spouse.”

Separate the symbolic layers
State the spouse-star convention, Day Branch role, relevant structures and relations, and the timing method before drawing any interpretation.
Do not make one symbol stand for partner identity, relationship quality, legal marriage, and event timing at once.
- Label each symbolic layer.
- Disclose gendered conventions.
Keep the other person and real relationship visible
Use verified data and consent for both charts. Keep each chart’s calculation uncertainty separate and compare specific interactions rather than a global score.
Communication, behavior, shared goals, safety, finances, and legal facts are independent evidence that can contradict the symbolic reading.
- Require consent for two-chart work.
- Prioritize observed behavior.
Treat timing as a conditional window
Identify the natal pathway and the luck or annual contacts that are claimed to activate it, then review every qualifying period.
Do not select only marriage or breakup dates. Include non-events and ordinary social explanations, and avoid exact-date certainty.
- Audit all eligible periods.
- Keep causation unclaimed.
Protect autonomy, privacy, and safety
Bazi cannot establish fidelity, abuse, pregnancy, sexual orientation, consent, divorce, or a destined spouse.
If there is coercion or danger, use trusted people, local services, and legal or clinical support rather than a chart interpretation.
- Never excuse harmful conduct.
- Do not pressure relationship choices.
