What Is Clash-Combine Lu Horse (沖合祿馬) in BaZi?
Learn the Jia, Yi, Wu and Ji clash-combine routes, absent Officer targets, strong-day note, source ambiguity, precedence and product limits.
Overview
Clash-Combine Lu Horse is the standard English name for 沖合祿馬. The passage gives four distinct Day-Master routes: Jia uses Mao to clash an absent You-Xin Officer target and another branch relation to draw it; Yi uses Yin to clash absent Shen-Geng and Zi-Chen or Si to connect the route; Wu uses You to clash absent Mao-Yi while Hai-Wei draws Mao; Ji uses Shen to clash absent Yin-Jia while Wu-Xu draws Yin. Bing and Ding are assigned to Reverse Clash Lu Horse, while Geng, Xin, Ren and Gui are assigned to Flying Heavenly Lu Horse, so this page does not expand the four routes to all ten stems. A printed or OCR-variant phrase in the Jia route is preserved as uncertain rather than normalized. Visible target Officer, a filled target or a direct month-command pattern takes precedence. Each of the four Day Masters has its own clash and combination chain
Jia seeks Xin in absent You through Mao clash; Yi seeks Geng in absent Shen through Yin clash, with Zi-Chen or Si relations used in the old chain. Wu seeks Yi in absent Mao through You clash and the Hai-Wei side of the Wood frame. Ji seeks Jia in absent Yin through Shen clash and the Wu-Xu side of the Fire frame.
These routes cannot be reduced to “any clash plus any combination.” The Day Master, clashing branch, absent target, hidden Proper Officer and supporting relation must match one route. The Jia wording varies across transmitted or machine-readable copies, so the uncertain auxiliary link must not be silently corrected into a new universal rule.

The source limits the applicable stems and gives force and filling conditions
Bing and Ding are directed to Reverse Clash Lu Horse; Geng, Xin, Ren and Gui to Flying Heavenly Lu Horse. The passage also calls Jia-Yin, Yi-Mao, Bing-Wu, Ding-Wei, Wu-Wu, Ji-Wei, Geng-Shen, Xin-You, Ren-Zi and Gui-Hai strong self-supported days, while several grave-store days are slower. This strength note does not erase the four named route definitions.
If the target Officer or target branch is already visible, the absent-target premise is filled. Damage to the clashing or combining participant and a month command already establishing Officer also take priority. “Lu Horse” here is historical official-and-wealth imagery, not the Yi Ma Traveling Horse star.
