Overview
Gold God Pattern is the standard English name for 金神格. This page focuses on pattern adjudication rather than repeating the shorter 金神 glossary definition. The core source names three complete hour pillars—Gui-You, Ji-Si and Yi-Chou—and mainly evaluates them with the six Jia days, especially Jia-Zi and Jia-Chen. A candidate still needs the month command and full chart to support the source’s fire route. Gui-You can instead resolve as Proper Officer, and another transmitted variant extends the name to six Ji days without applying exactly the same fire requirement. OpenFate calculates the actual pillars, elements, Ten Gods and interactions but has no Gold God Pattern detector.

A named hour creates a candidate, not an automatic completed pattern
The source names Gui-You, Ji-Si and Yi-Chou as the three Gold God hours and centers the discussion on Jia Day Masters meeting one of those complete hour pillars. A loose appearance of Gui, You, Ji, Si, Yi or Chou elsewhere does not reproduce the rule.
Jia-Zi and Jia-Chen receive particular attention, but the initial match still needs month command, Day Master strength and the rest of the chart. If those conditions support a different ordinary pattern, that stronger reading takes priority.

Fire is conditional, and the source itself records competing readings
The main Jia route expects the month command to connect the Metal image to a usable fire configuration. Water without an effective transformation is treated as a blocker in that route, but a water or Chen-month chart may instead resolve through Resource or another ordinary structure.
The text notes that Gui-You hour contains an Officer relation for Jia and may be read as Proper Officer rather than forced into the Gold God route. It also preserves a Six Ji-day variant whose handling of fire differs. These are versioned branches, not details to average into one score.
