Overview
Hour Warlord Returns to Treasury is the workbook standard English name for 時煞歸庫. San Ming Tong Hui gives two families: the six Yi days at a Ding Chou hour and the six Xin days at a Wu Xu hour. In both, the hour branch stores the Day Master’s Seven Killing: Xin Metal is hidden in Chou for Yi, while Ding Fire is hidden in Xu for Xin. Ding and Wu are the hour stems required by the standard Five-Rats hour derivation; they are not the Killing. Some OCR texts print Xin Chou for the Yi case, but that hour cannot occur on a standard Yi day. The rule is a narrow subtype of One Noble at the Hour and does not prove rank, promotion, wealth, conflict, injury or a favorable clash.

The source stores a hidden hour Killing rather than exposing it on the hour stem
On an Yi day, a Ding Chou hour contains hidden Xin Metal, the Seven Killing of Yi Wood, and Chou is the Metal storage branch. On a Xin day, a Wu Xu hour contains hidden Ding Fire, the Seven Killing of Xin Metal, and Xu is the Fire storage branch. The hour stem identifies the valid sexagenary hour; the stored hidden stem supplies the Killing.
A common electronic reading gives “Yi day, Xin Chou hour.” Standard Five-Rats derivation does not produce Xin Chou on an Yi day, whereas Ding Chou is valid and matches the hidden-Killing explanation. This article records the variant instead of silently converting an impossible pair into a product rule.

Storage, activation, Day-Master capacity and mediation must be judged separately
The old verse associates clash, punishment, break or harm with opening the stored Killing, but this does not make every damaged Chou or Xu favorable. An interaction can expose, redirect or destabilize the stored qi; its participants, season, resulting combination and effect on the whole chart must be named.
The source also requires a supported Day Master and a viable control or transformation route. Repeated Officer or Killing, excessive control, insufficient control, a broken storage branch or a later cycle that overwhelms the chart can change the assessment. Eligibility is not the same as usable balance.
