Overview

Wind and Cloud Celebration is the English name for 風雲慶會. The source divides days one through thirty into ten three-day segments. Days 1–3 receive Jia or Yin; 4–6 Yi or Mao; 7–9 Bing or Si; 10–12 Ding or Wu; 13–15 Wu or Si; 16–18 Ji or Wu; 19–21 Geng or Shen; 22–24 Xin or You; 25–27 Ren or Hai; and 28–30 Gui or Zi. It instructs the reader to examine ten stems across three-day divisions and closes by praising Jia or Yi meeting Yin or Mao. It does not define the calendar, leap-month, short-month, day-boundary, position or conflict policies needed for a modern detector. OpenFate does not identify the formation.

Read the table as ten fixed three-day segments

The first six segments are 1–3 Jia or Yin, 4–6 Yi or Mao, 7–9 Bing or Si, 10–12 Ding or Wu, 13–15 Wu or Si and 16–18 Ji or Wu. The remaining four are 19–21 Geng or Shen, 22–24 Xin or You, 25–27 Ren or Hai and 28–30 Gui or Zi.

The source uses “or,” so a stem assignment and branch assignment must not be silently converted to “and.” It also offers no cross-segment score or rule for several matches.

  • Preserve all ten ranges and the stated either–or relationship.
  • Do not turn adjacent ranges into a continuous strength scale.

The source does not supply a modern calendar policy

The passage calls the values days but does not specify lunar-versus-solar calendar handling, leap months, a twenty-nine-day month, timezone, local day boundary or which natal position supplies the matching stem or branch.

Those omissions matter operationally. A reliable implementation would need explicit calendar inputs and tested boundary rules rather than assuming that any visible date number uses the table.

  • Record the calendar basis and day boundary before any evaluation.
  • Leave the result unresolved when the required policy is absent.

OpenFate does not reuse a date number as a hidden pattern rule

OpenFate calculates chart dates and pillars under declared timezone and calendar policies. Those calculations do not automatically activate this separate historical table.

There is no Wind and Cloud Celebration detector. The product does not guess a lunar day, leap-month rule, matching position or celebration score, and does not alter reports or saved charts.

  • Keep deterministic date conversion separate from this source table.
  • No guessed calendar basis, score or report mutation.

A celebratory name does not promise status or favorable events

The closing line uses “noble” language for Jia or Yi meeting Yin or Mao. That is a traditional valuation, not proof of fortunate timing or social success.

Do not infer celebration, luck, office, reputation, promotion, marriage, income, wealth, personality, relationships, health, safety or lifespan.

  • No luck, office, promotion, marriage or wealth guarantee.
  • No personality, relationship, health, safety or lifespan prediction.
