Wealth and Official in Extinction is the standard English name for 絕地財官. The surviving classical passage is short: when Wealth or Officer is at an Extinction position, a luck cycle’s branch and human-origin hidden stem may “bring it out” through a controlling relation. That statement supplies an interpretive sequence, not a complete universal algorithm. A defensible reading must first identify the Day Master, the actual Wealth or Officer symbol, the Twelve Life Stage reference frame, the relevant luck pillar and the exact hidden-stem relation.
